FlightBridgeED Refund Disclosure By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the refund and cancellation policy applicable to this event. FlightBridgeED In-Person Courses You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting FlightBridgeED Customer Service. If cancellation occurs more than thirty (30) days before the event start date, you are eligible for a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event start date, registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your scheduled course, you may request to transfer your registration to another in-person course location, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the event start date. FAST Events All FAST tickets and passes are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued after purchase unless otherwise required by law. Refund Processing Approved refunds are initiated immediately upon approval. Depending on your financial institution, refund processing may take up to four (4) weeks to appear on your statement. FLIGHTBRIDGEED DEPOSIT PAYMENT AGREEMENT Last Updated: June 10, 2026 By selecting the Deposit Payment Option and completing your deposit payment, you ("Purchaser") agree to the following terms and conditions governing the purchase of your event ticket. 1. Reservation of Ticket The Deposit Payment Option allows the Purchaser to reserve a ticket by making an initial non-refundable deposit of **$50.00 USD**. Upon receipt of the deposit, the event organizer will reserve a ticket for the Purchaser subject to the terms of this Agreement. 2. Remaining Balance The Purchaser agrees to pay the remaining balance of the ticket price in accordance with the payment schedule established by the event organizer. Additional payments may be made at any time before the balance due date, subject to the following requirements: * Each payment toward the remaining balance must be **at least $50.00 USD**. * The final payment may be less than $50.00 USD if the remaining balance owed is less than $50.00 USD. * The Purchaser may make as many qualifying payments as desired until the balance is paid in full. 3. Balance Due Date The full ticket balance must be paid no later than the balance due date specified during checkout and displayed within the Purchaser's account. Failure to pay the entire outstanding balance by the balance due date shall constitute a default under this Agreement. 4. Ticket Activation A ticket purchased using the Deposit Payment Option is not considered fully purchased or activated until the entire ticket balance has been paid. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that: * Ticket ownership remains conditional until full payment is received. * Event access, ticket assignment rights, transfer rights, and other ticket-related privileges may be restricted until the ticket is paid in full. * The Purchaser will not be entitled to attend the event unless the ticket balance has been paid in full before the balance due date. 5. Default and Forfeiture If the Purchaser fails to pay the full ticket balance by the balance due date: * The reservation may be canceled without further notice. * The ticket may be released for sale to another purchaser. * The Purchaser shall forfeit the initial deposit. * The Purchaser shall forfeit all partial payments made toward the ticket balance. * No refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges shall be issued for forfeited deposits or payments unless otherwise required by applicable law. 6. Non-Refundable Payments All deposit payments and installment payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable except where required by law or where expressly provided by the event organizer's published refund policy. 7. Acceptance of Terms By selecting the Deposit Payment Option and submitting payment, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Deposit Payment Agreement.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the event starts, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, refunds are no longer available. If you cannot attend your in-person course, you may ask to move your registration to another in-person course at a different location (if space is available). This request must be made at least 7 days before the event starts. To request a transfer, contact customer support. If there are no good in-person options available, you may request, or the FlightBridgeED support team may opt to transfer you to the online version of the course (if available). Refunds are initiated immediately upon approval, but some banks or credit card companies may take up to 4 weeks to return the funds to your account. FlightBridgeED cannot contact your bank on your behalf for any reason. ___ FAST Refund Policy: All FAST ticket/pass purchases are non-refundable. By making a purchase, customers are expected to read and agree to this refund policy regarding FAST tickets and passes before checking out. ___ FlightBridgeED (FBE) Payment Plan Policy Some FlightBridgeED courses or events may offer an FBE Payment Plan option. This allows students/attendees to reserve a seat at an event by making a small deposit payment up front. To keep the reservation active, the remaining balance must be paid in full by the stated payment deadline. Payment deadlines will be provided during registration. All deposits made toward an FBE Payment Plan are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the remaining balance is not paid by the payment deadline: - The reservation may be canceled by FlightBridgeED - The attendee may lose their reserved seat - The original deposit and any additional payments already made will be forfeited - All payments made under the payment plan will remain NON-REFUNDABLE Once the balance has been paid in full, the student/attendee will receive an authorized ticket for the event. At that point, the registration is no longer considered part of an FBE Payment Plan and will instead follow the standard FlightBridgeED refund and cancellation policies applicable to that event. FlightBridgeED reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke payment plan eligibility at its sole discretion.
